Follow Up Appointments / Medication Management - $175
We strive to provide compassionate and non-judgmental care, and as a result do not accept insurance. This allows us to dedicate our time and energy to providing excellent, personalized care to you without any interference from insurance companies dictating your care. This also allows for maximum discretion as no diagnosis is required to be reported to employer sponsored healthcare plans.
Patients are required to keep a credit card on file and will be billed at time of service. We will be able to provide a super bill for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company as an out-of-network provider.
Advanced Psychiatry is committed to meeting you and/or your child's health care needs. Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and that Advanced Psychiatry, we require a 48 business hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care.
We do not double book and appointments are dedicated to your individualized care. If you need to cancel or reschedule, within the 48 business hour window, you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment. Business hours does not include weekends or holidays - if your appointment is on a Monday, the office should be notified by Thursday.
